Job Description
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Sage, you’ll own the strategy and execution of multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs focused on growing revenue from our existing customer base in North America. You’ll design and run lifecycle plays that drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention, using customer insight, experimentation, and growth marketing tactics to influence customer behavior over time.
This role is suited to a growth marketer or lifecycle marketer who experienced in building performance-driven multi-channel programs and campaigns, testing and iterating on what works, and seeing a clear connection between their work and commercial outcomes. You’ll be hands‑on in shaping lifecycle strategy at the program level — deciding how plays are designed, launched, and optimized — and executing those programs end to end.
