Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager who can drive brand collaborations, sponsorships, content growth, app downloads, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong PR expertise, deep understanding of content-led growth, and hands-on experience in building partnerships and monetizing platforms such as podcasts, events, programs, and apps.
Key Responsibility:
Brand Collaborations and Sponsorships
- Identify, pitch, and close brand collaborations and sponsorships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies.
- Create compelling collaboration proposals and media decks.
PR and Partnerships
- Lead PR outreach for strategic collaborations and high-visibility partnerships.
- Manage influencer, creator, and brand tie-ups aligned with our values.
- Represent the organization in partnership discussions and negotiations.
Content and Channel Growth
- Strategize and execute growth plans for content platforms (YouTube, Podcasts, Social Media).
- Work closely with content teams to ensure market-fit, audience relevance, and scalability.
- Track performance and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Program Growth ( 14-Days Free Meditation Program)
- Scale large programs like the 14-Day Free Meditation Program.
- Collaborate with tech and content teams for smooth execution and impact tracking.
App Growth and User Acquisition
- Drive app installs, active users, and retention through organic and paid strategies.
- Plan and execute campaigns for user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
- Analyze growth metrics and continuously optimize performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Marketing / Growth / PR / Partnerships.
- Proven experience in closing brand deals and sponsorships.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, podcasts, and digital platforms.
- Experience in app growth, funnel building, and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
