Introduction

The Growth Marketing Manager owns the full customer lifecycle across paid acquisition and retention, with a clear mandate to drive profitable, sustainable growth. This role is accountable for customer lifetime value, acquisition efficiency, and retention health across both brands.

You will lead paid performance and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty), manage growth specialists, and act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership by translating data into clear commercial decisions across marketing, product, and operations.

This role is ideal for someone numbers‑driven, structured, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced fashion or jewelry e‑commerce environment. This role also plays a critical part in shaping how we scale profitably across brands and markets.
