Growth Marketing Specialist DACH

Introduction
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team to lead the growth efforts for our DACH region. You will plan, execute, and optimize Lightspeed’s paid media campaigns and organic efforts in order to drive sales and grow the Lightspeed DACH business.
In order to thrive in this role, you will need to be a strong team player and collaborate with the Growth Team and other Marketing and Sales departments.
What you’ll be responsible for OR What we need from you
Own the Growth targets for the DACH region. You will plan, execute and optimize Lightspeed’s paid media campaigns and collaborate together with our SEO agency to drive leads for our SDR and Sales teamWork with other EMEA performance marketers to share, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS)Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepanciesPartner with the DACH Marketing and Sales Teams to achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.Collaborate closely with the Integrated Marketing Managers to bring to life integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives (example: nurture funnels, brand activations)Track, report, and analyze the performance across all marketing channels.Work with the creative and brand teams to create, manage, and optimize Youtube, display, paid social and direct media buying campaigns to achieve marketing objectivesPresent weekly and monthly performance reports to the DACH Sales and Marketing teamsMonitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues that affect delivery, performance, tracking, and reportingSupport Outbound efforts, notably via media campaigns (list warming), to optimize outreach process and pipeline managementWhat you’ll be bringing to the team
3+ years of experience managing performance focused campaigns across search, social, video, display, referral partners and affiliatesFluent German speaker with flawless writing skillsBusiness level English proficiencyExpert level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, YouTube AdsExperience in using website, SEO and business analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce or HubspotHighly organized and detail orientedStrong cross-functional collaboration skillsCertified in Google Ads and Google AnalyticsEven better if you have, but not necessary
Lead generation experience in a B2B SAAS environmentExperience in a customer-facing marketing roleKnowledge of marketing channel attribution modelsAny additional European languages
