Role: Growth & Operations Intern
This role sits at the intersection of growth, business, and execution .
You’ll work on things that actually move the needle, not dummy projects.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Marketing
· Execute growth experiments across LinkedIn, outbound, and digital channels.
· Generate and qualify leads, then figure out how to get more .
· Test messaging, content, and outreach that drives real responses.
· Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and double down on results.
· Turn insights into action, not slides.
Business Development
· Hunt for partnerships, clients, and growth opportunities.
· Run cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, DMs) and follow through relentlessly.
· Support live sales and partnership conversations with founders.
· Build pitch decks, proposals, and deal trackers that actually get used.
· Learn how deals are structured, negotiated, and closed.
⚙️ Operations
· Fix broken processes instead of complaining about them.
· Own execution of tasks end-to-end, from idea to result.
· Coordinate across teams to make things move faster.
· Create systems, trackers, and documentation that reduce chaos.
· Handle high-priority, high-impact tasks as the company scales.

Internship Details
Role: Growth & Operations Intern
Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
Duration: 3 months (extension based on impact, not attendance)
Start Date: Immediate
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month
