Role:
The Growth Operations / Paid Media Coordinator (Google Ads, SEO) role is a full-time position. Your role keeps the growth engine running daily. You are not the strategist. You are execution, speed, and accuracy. If ads break, links fail, or data is messy, you catch it first.
Responsibilities:
Ad Operations:
- Upload ads across Meta, Google, Tik Tok
- Apply correct UTMs and naming conventions
- QA links, landing pages, and offers
- Monitor spend caps and delivery
Creative & Influencer Support:
- Upload new creatives weekly
- Manage raw UGC assets
- DM creators and track deliveries
- Organize content folders
Reporting & Monitoring:
- Daily Slack update - Spend, Revenue, Issues
- Monitor ad comments
- Flag broken pages or low inventory immediately
Required Skills:
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads UI
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Comfortable with repetition and SOPs
- Fast response time
- Calm under pressure
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Research to inform campaigns
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with Google Ads and SEO techniques is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
