About the Role

Green Tomato Media is looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to drive organic acquisition strategies across YouTube and SEO — and build the operational foundations to scale them.

This is a hands‑on role that blends growth experimentation with operational execution. You'll test strategies, build processes, and create the infrastructure that makes repeatable growth possible.

The role is foundational. As results develop, so will your responsibilities — including potential team leadership.
