About the Role
We're hiring a Distribution Owner to take full responsibility for New Active Users (NAU) at Umatch.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who lives and breathes acquisition, experimentation, and channel resilience.
This role operates under real platform risk - channels will degrade, metrics will drop, and decisions must be made without certainty.
This role requires independent judgment, prior exposure to channel decay, and end-to-end ownership of growth outcomes.
You will own New Active Users end-to-end, with direct accountability for outcomes - not activity.
That includes diagnosing channel degradation, running experiments, killing what doesn't work, and building a system that survives platform changes.
This is not a brand role.
This is not a strategy-only role.
This is not a people management role.
