Keystone is changing this. We've built an AI-powered growth engine that handles sales and marketing automatically. As a Growth Partner, you are the high-level operator who pilots this engine. You act as a fractional COO, CMO, and CRO for a portfolio of 50–100 local businesses, backed by cutting-edge technology and a team of sales experts, marketing experts, and agents that deliver world-class results.

You aren't an account manager; you are a systems operator and a strategic advisor. Your goal is to ensure your clients grow while you work with our engineers to make that growth as automated as possible.
