Vaayu is a premium D2C brand in a post–PMF, pre-scale phase


We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Performance Lead who can:

  • Own Meta & Google paid acquisition
  • Drive CAC discipline
  • Build a repeatable creative testing system
  • Scale growth profitably (not vanity metrics)


Location: Kolkata / Hybrid (open to metros)


Experience: 5–9 years in D2C performance / growth

Not a brand-only or strategy-only role.


Strong fit if you’ve scaled high-AOV D2C brands and owned budgets.
