We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Performance Lead who can: Own Meta & Google paid acquisition Drive CAC discipline Build a repeatable creative testing system Scale growth profitably (not vanity metrics)
Location: Kolkata / Hybrid (open to metros)
Experience: 5–9 years in D2 C performance / growth
Not a brand-only or strategy-only role.
Strong fit if you’ve scaled high-AOV D2 C brands and owned budgets.
