Role Objective

We are looking for a high-ownership professional to manage the end-to-end patient onboarding journey. You will be responsible for closing leads from both online (digital marketing/social media) and offline (conference/clinic referrals) channels. Beyond just calling, you will own the Patient Experience Operations , ensuring that every lead is converted into a scheduled, trained, and satisfied user.
