About the Role

We’re looking for high-caliber growth marketers who want a fast track to Head of Growth / VP Marketing.


You’ll work directly with the CEO, co-own the pipeline, and help build the growth engine from the ground up.


This is a chance to write your own ticket: grow revenue, scale what works, and take over the growth function.


You’ll touch every part of GTM:

  • Outbound & ABM
  • Content and distribution
  • CRM & lead management
  • Conferences and booth strategy
  • Partnerships
  • SEO / AEO / GEO


You’ll also travel to major eCommerce conferences throughout the year.


Who We’re Looking For (Read This Carefully)

A deep understanding of eCommerce is a huge plus. Experience at an agency or on the brand side—especially with paid media and Meta ads—is highly valued.


We’re hiring one or more growth marketers, but we are not looking for generalists who’ve only played supporting roles.


We are specifically looking for people with strength in at least one of the following two tracks (bonus if you span both):


1. Outbound & ABM (SDR / AE → Growth)
  • You’ve been an SDR or AE (or equivalent) and want to grow beyond “just outbound”
  • You understand pipeline, conversion, and revenue—not just activity
  • You’re excited to own and evolve outbound + ABM into a scalable growth channel
  • Bonus: hands-on experience using AI SDR tools, enrichment, or automation


2. Video-Led Growth & Content Distribution
  • You have short-form and/or long-form video production experience
  • You can manage the entire video lifecycle: ideation → Scripting → production → distribution → performance
  • You know how to turn customer wins, insights, and POVs into content that drives demand


You’ll Still Work Across the Full Growth Stack

Regardless of your primary strength, you’ll collaborate across:


CRM & Lead Nurture
  • No dropped leads. Ever.
  • You know how to qualify, enrich, segment, and nurture leads from inbound, outbound, conferences, referrals, and social
  • You keep the CRM clean and launch measurable drip campaigns


Conferences & Field Marketing
  • Comfortable traveling to events like Shoptalk, eTail West, CommerceNext, and regional conferences
  • You know how to maximize booth ROI and qualified lead capture


Partnerships & Organic Growth
  • Experience building agency or platform partnerships
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO
