Role Summary

The Growth Manager will be the central growth owner for Bhanzu’s US offline centers, driving revenue planning, marketing strategy, sales funnel optimization, and market intelligence. This role demands strong expertise in marketing-led growth, performance planning, sales alignment, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities :

1.Revenue Strategy, Forecasting & Sales Planning

  • Build and manage revenue projections, intake plans, and monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Design enrollment strategies based on seasonality, demand patterns, and marketing performance.
  • Align sales targets with lead flow, capacity, pricing, and center performance.
  • Track plan vs actuals and drive high-impact interventions with both Marketing and Sales.
