Growth & Strategy Specialist

Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in management consulting, strategy, growth, or early-stage startups (Experience with US economy is preferred)

Role Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, execution-first Growth & Strategy Specialist to work closely with leadership and help us build our growth engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role in an early-stage startup. You’ll think strategically, execute relentlessly, and own outcomes end-to-end.

• Work with leadership on strategic planning to define the Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM).
• Track, analyze, and report key growth and business metrics.
• Identify and evaluate new business and growth opportunities.
• Own and optimize the revenue funnel and understanding the critical roles of customer growth, business development, customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
• Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns -- search engine marketing (SEM), social ads and display marketing.
• Build strategic partnerships aligned with customer and business needs.
• Translate insights from the market into actionable growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices related to the self-sovereign identity, digital credentials and B2B Saas

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in management consulting and strategic planning within Tech Products/B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working in a startup on 0-1 journey (seed/pre-series stage).
• Generalist mindset —comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
• Comfortable owning outcomes independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related stream, graduation from a Tier 1 management institute preferred.
