Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

To ensure steady flow of service to guests; respond to their requirements to support the Sr. GSA in achieving guest delight
To cooperate and coordinate with Sr GSA / Chef / Barker for smooth flow of the services
To safely place and remove the grill in order to ensure safe service to the guest
Guest feedback score on service.
Understand instructions & support the requirement of the starters through proper co-ordination with Sr. GSA and barker.
Serving the customer in case the Sr. GSA is busy after realizing the requirement and acting immediately.
To help the Sr GSA in re-laying the tables
To respond to the guest requirement when the Sr. GSA is busy.
Skills

Service orientation, basic communication skills, basic knowledge of cuisine, teamwork
