Qualifications and Experience:
+ Degree or postgraduate qualification
+ Qualified Mechanic with minimum 5 years’ experience
+ Excellent working knowledge of GSE maintenance issues
+ Must have knowledge of heavy-duty diesel/automotive equipment.
+ Must have valid G Driver’s license in good standing; provide current driver’s abstract.
+ Must be able to obtain and hold valid AVOP-DA
+ Must be able to provide own tools and operate various power and hand tools safely.
+ 5 to 7 years’ management experience in GSE Airport Ground Handling business
+ Excellent leadership and people management skills, demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and negotiate cross functionally in a unionized environment, as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
