Overview
Role Overview
The GTM Engineer lead owns outbound strategy for assigned clients. This person is client-facing, responsible for diagnosing the real revenue bottleneck, designing the outbound GTM approach, and translating that strategy into a clear execution plan for our GTME team.
You are not executing campaigns day to day. You are setting direction, pressure-testing assumptions, and making sure execution is pointed at the right problem.
Think customer success meets GTM Engineer manager. Talking with clients while steering the team.
