Wyzard.ai is building the Signal-to-Revenue AI category.
We help B2 B companies capture buyer intent, qualify leads in real time, and orchestrate revenue actions across GTM tools without adding more SDRs or manual workflows.
Wyzard acts as an always-on GTM copilot, sitting on top of CRMs, enrichment tools, intent platforms, email, Linked In, and AI agents converting signals into pipeline automatically.
We are looking for a GTM Engineer who can sit at the intersection of Revenue, Systems, and AI and help us (and our customers) run GTM like a machine.
Role Overview
As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GTM systems using modern sales, marketing, and AI tools.
This is not a strategy-only role.
This is a hands-on execution role where you will:
- Build GTM workflows
- Connect tools
- Configure automations
- Leverage AI for personalization and qualification
- Translate revenue goals into working systems
You will work closely with:
- Founders
- Sales & Marketing leaders
- Product & Engineering teams
- Customers implementing Wyzard.ai
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Stack Architecture & Execution
- Design and implement end-to-end GTM workflows across:
- CRM (Hub Spot / Salesforce)
- Enrichment tools (Apollo, Lusha, Zoom Info, Clearbit)
- Intent platforms (6sense, Factors, Bombora, RB2 B)
- Outreach channels (Email, Linked In, Chat)
Own lead flow from signal → enrichment → qualification → routing → handoff
2. AI-Powered GTM Workflows
- Configure and optimize AI-led workflows for:
- Lead qualification (BANT, MEDDIC, CHAMP, custom logic)
- Intent scoring and prioritization
- Personalized multi-channel outreach
- Use LLMs and AI tools to:
- Generate contextual messaging
- Adapt tone, timing, and channels
- Automate follow-ups based on user behavior
3. Tool Integrations & Automation
- Build and maintain automations using:
- Native tool workflows
- APIs / Webhooks (basic understanding)
- No-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n preferred)
4. Revenue Experimentation & Optimization
- Run GTM experiments across:
- Inbound conversion
- ABM workflows
- Event lead follow-up
- SDR + AI hybrid models
- Track impact on:
- MQL → SQL conversion
- Speed-to-lead
- Pipeline velocity
- Cost per qualified meeting
5. Customer Enablement & Internal GTM
- Act as a GTM operator for Wyzard’s customers
- Help customers design:
- ICP definitions
- Qualification logic
- Routing rules
- Playbooks and workflows
Required Skills & Experience
GTM & Revenue Systems
- hands-on experience with:
- Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Sales / Marketing automation tools
- Deep understanding of:
- B2 B funnels
- MQL, SQL, SAL concepts
- SDR, AE, PLG, ABM motions
Tooling Experience (Any combination of)
- Enrichment: Apollo, Lusha, Zoom Info, Clearbit
- Intent based platform
- Outreach: Hub Spot Sequences, Salesloft, Outreach, Lemlist
- Analytics: Hub Spot reports, CRM dashboards, basic funnel metrics
AI & Modern GTM
- Practical exposure to AI tools:
- LLMs (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.)
- AI workflows for content, qualification, personalization
- Comfortable working with:
- Prompt-based systems
- AI agents / agentic workflows (or strong curiosity to learn)
Ability to think in “goals → signals → actions”, not just campaigns
Technical Comfort (Not hardcore engineering)
- Comfortable with:
- APIs (conceptual understanding)
- Webhooks
- JSON / data structures (basic)
- Able to talk to engineers without hand-holding
