Job Title : GTM Engineer – Outbound (Email & LinkedIn)

Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India.


Shift Time: US Shift (10-hour shift including a 1-hour break)

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and manage outbound B2B campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • Build multi-step engagement workflows — from connection requests to nurture follow-ups.
  • Develop and test campaign messaging, subject lines, and sequencing for maximum engagement.
  • Segment audiences by industry, role, and buyer intent for personalized outreach.
