Job Description
We’re looking to hire our first GTM Engineer to help build our go-to-market setup from the ground up. This role is for someone who enjoys setting up systems, testing ideas quickly, and improving how we reach and engage customers using automation and data.
You’ll be responsible for building and running our GTM workflows end to end from outbound and inbound systems to tooling, automation, and experiments that help Finmo grow efficiently. This is a hands-on role where you’ll write scripts, connect tools, automate processes, and continuously improve how leads move through the funnel.
As one of the early hires, you’ll work closely with the founders, run fast experiments and help define how our GTM function operates long-term.
What you'll be doing:
- Set up and run GTM processes including outbound, inbound, account-based marketing, social content, and paid advertising
- Create automated systems for lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outreach using tools like Smartreach, Lemlist, ReoDev, n8n, ReplyGuy, Rettel, Twilio and various web scrapers
- Connect website and content activity to outbound triggers, targeted account plays, notifications, and sales team workflows
- Manage outbound analytics, warm lead processes, and launch 3–5 new scalable campaigns monthly
- Keep our GTM tech stack running smoothly: email infrastructure, CRM workflows in HubSpot, data quality, and attribution tracking
- Maintain email deliverability above 95%, workflow uptime above 99%, and meet response time commitments
- Develop inbound and community-driven content systems for Reddit, Hacker News, X, and developer communities
- Implement AI tools to automate quality content creation for videos (HeyGen), written content (ChatGPT), visuals, and other formats
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in GTM automation, RevOps, sales operations, or technical growth roles at a B2B SaaS company
Comfortable working hands-on with automation and AI tools
Good understanding of developer-focused audiences and Finmo’s target customers
Experience setting up CRM automation, lead scoring, and routing logic
Able to build trigger-based outbound flows using website activity, LinkedIn signals, CRM data, and enrichment sources
Technical enough to work with APIs, SQL, scripts, or scraping tools for data handling
Familiar with outbound messaging and personalization basics
Leverages AI heavily to 10–100x output
Curious, willing to test ideas, and motivated to build systems from scratch
