Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to optimize product distribution and sales growth.Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to improve channel performance.Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns.Identify and onboard new distributors to strengthen market presence.Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.Prepare regular reports on market performance and strategic recommendations for senior management.The Successful Applicant
A successful GTM Manager should have:
A master's degree in business, sales, or a related field.Proven experience in sales strategy and channel management, GTM/RTM within the FMCG industry.Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively.Proficiency in sales tools and software for tracking performance and reporting.An understanding of distribution networks and their optimisation.Knowledge of the food segment within the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
