  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors to strengthen market presence.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on market performance and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful GTM Manager should have:

  • A master's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy and channel management, GTM/RTM within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software for tracking performance and reporting.
  • An understanding of distribution networks and their optimisation.
  • Knowledge of the food segment within the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
