Nice to meet you! I’m Shweta Malhotra, a Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Alexandra Taimitarha, our Director-Growth Operations, we’re strengthening our Growth Operations team, part of our Revenue Unit in Helsinki, Finland.

We’re now looking for a GMT Mar keting Manager focused on lead generation and GTM execution to support LeadDesk’s revenue growth by ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

At LeadDesk, we work according to the Bowtie model (Winning by Design). This role sits on the Acquire side of the bowtie , with clear accountability for capturing, qualifying, and routing leads in a way that supports efficient Sales conversion.

This role is accountable for measurable lead generation impact. Success will be tracked through the number of Leads, MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) generated and converted through our GTM channels.
