The GTM Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting go-to-market execution across sales and growth initiatives. This position is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise GTM strategy, founder-led sales motions, and early-stage market expansion. You will work closely with sales, growth, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence across lead management, outreach workflows, and CRM systems. The role blends research, process optimization, and execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to build a strong foundation in revenue operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market execution by managing lead research, prospect lists, and account mapping for targeted outreach
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate data entry, lead tracking, pipeline updates, and reporting
  • Assist in executing outbound and inbound outreach workflows across email, LinkedIn, and other GTM channels
  • Enable sales teams with organized data, insights, and operational support to improve conversion and follow-ups
  • Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential segments, ICPs, and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and growth stakeholders to streamline processes and improve GTM efficiency
  • Track performance metrics and provide operational insights to improve outreach effectiveness and funnel health
  • Support experimentation across GTM motions, tools, and workflows as the company scales
