We’re hiring: GTM Program Manager (Gaming / Consumer Apps)


GrowthGrid is leading a high-velocity GTM rollout for a gaming company , and we’re looking for one sharp operator to own outcomes across paid, social, creators, and ASO.

This is not a brand or content role .

This is about shipping results, fast .


What you’ll do
  • Own a single GTM north-star metric (installs, CPI, retention, revenue)
  • Align multiple agencies to one growth narrative
  • Run weekly growth sprints and performance reviews
  • Decide what to scale, kill, or pivot every week
  • Track performance daily and turn data into clear decisions
  • Share a 1-page weekly update (wins, losses, decisions, next bets)
