We’re hiring: GTM Program Manager (Gaming / Consumer Apps)
Growth Grid is leading a high-velocity GTM rollout for a gaming company , and we’re looking for one sharp operator to own outcomes across paid, social, creators, and ASO.
This is not a brand or content role.
This is about shipping results, fast.
What you’ll do Own a single GTM north-star metric (installs, CPI, retention, revenue)
Align multiple agencies to one growth narrative
Run weekly growth sprints and performance reviews
Decide what to scale, kill, or pivot every week
Track performance daily and turn data into clear decisions
Share a 1-page weekly update (wins, losses, decisions, next bets)
What you won’t do Create ads or creatives
Write social captions
Run ad accounts yourself
Build long-term brand decks
You orchestrate. You decide. You own outcomes.
Who this role is for 2–5 years of experience in growth/performance / GTM
Comfortable working with multiple channels & agencies...
