Role: GTM Recruiting Manager (B2B SaaS)
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success .
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance, quality, and hiring excellence .
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring roadmaps and workforce needs.
- Scale GTM teams across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments .
- Leverage data and recruiting analytics to optimize funnel efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future GTM hiring needs.
- Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience .
- Continuously improve
