Overview
The GTM Sales Operations Manager is a strategic partner to Sales, designed to bridge sales strategy and day-to-day execution through process, technology, and data. This role acts as the right hand to Sales leadership and reps across segments, with a strong focus on supporting and scaling the Outbound Sales motion.
You will identify process gaps, design short- and long-term sales operations roadmaps, manage and optimize the sales technology stack, and drive adoption of tools and methodologies. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Enablement, you will ensure GTM systems and workflows are tightly integrated to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
This role suits someone who brings structure without slowing teams down, thinks technically about business problems, and enjoys using tools, automation, and data to improve sales performance.
