Job Description
The Guerlain Spa Massage Therapist is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of massage and body treatments. Adhering to the brand standards and providing guests with the highest levels of service.
Provide massage and body treatments to guests.
Promote wellness and accommodate guests to achieve their goals.
Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications prior to service commencing.
Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, and other spa areas as requested by guests.
Prepare treatment room and work areas at the beginning of each shift.
Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift, sanitizing and properly store tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
