About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, customer-obsessed Guest Services & Quality Assurance Specialist to support a fast-growing corporate housing and hospitality organization. This role blends frontline guest communication with operational quality control and data accuracy to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across every guest touchpoint. You'll work closely with property managers, landlords, vendors, and internal operations teams to ensure bookings, inspections, and service requests are handled accurately, on time, and to brand and client standards.
