Job Description

Program Objective:

To provide interns with hands-on experience in guest experience management within a multi-unit hospitality group.

Interns will develop skills in customer experience coordination, communication, feedback analysis, teamwork, and service quality, preparing them for future roles in hospitality, tourism, or guest experience management.

Guest Experience Management

  • Supporting the coordination of guest interactions throughout the entire stay (arrival, stay, departure)
  • Assisting in ensuring service quality standards are met across all Wotels units
  • Identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and overall experience
  • Supporting the resolution of guest issues in collaboration with on-site teams

Communication & Guest Feedback

  • Collecting guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and social media platforms
  • Organizing and categorizing guest comments by topic and urgency
