We’re looking for a Guest Experience Manager who thrives in hospitality, is confident under pressure, and knows how to lead a team with warmth and structure. You’ll be responsible for everything from retail operations and guest experience to team development and daily rhythm.
This is a job for someone who sees the art in service — and who brings clarity, composure, and care to every moment.
A background in hospitality or boutique retail (2–3 years min.)
Leadership that’s confident, calm, and clear
Operational sharpness — you know how to schedule, restock, and delegate
A guest-first mindset — you love making people feel seen, not just served
