Job Description
Mission : As a Guest Relations agent, you will design tailored hospitality experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Arrival : Greet all arriving in-house guests to emphasize personalized service. Escort guests to the room. Show and inform about all the hotel facilities. Write and distribute guest letters, cards, invitations, and several gifts.
Tailored Service : Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping, and F&B department regarding VIP amenities and special requests. Monitor guest satisfaction and report all guests' feedback. Distribute Internal Questionnaires to the guests upon departures.
What will you bring?
- Previous experience in a relevant position preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
- Fluency in English and German.
