Job Description

Role Purpose:

To manage and deliver a high-quality guest experience for doctors, and international visitors, ensuring professional engagement, cultural sensitivity, and seamless coordination across the organization.

This role goes beyond front-desk operations and focuses on relationship management, protocol handling, and premium hospitality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, visiting consultants, and international guests
  • Manage end-to-end guest coordination including:
  • Reception and protocol handling
  • Travel, accommodation, and visit scheduling
  • Coordination for hospital/plant visits and internal meetings
  • Ensure professional communication and cultural etiquette while interacting with foreign nationals
  • Liaise with internal teams (medical, admin, facilities, security) to ensure smooth guest experience
