Job Description
Role Purpose:
To manage and deliver a high-quality guest experience for doctors, and international visitors , ensuring professional engagement, cultural sensitivity, and seamless coordination across the organization.
This role goes beyond front-desk operations and focuses on relationship management, protocol handling, and premium hospitality delivery .
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, visiting consultants, and international guests
- Manage end-to-end guest coordination including:
- Reception and protocol handling
- Travel, accommodation, and visit scheduling
- Coordination for hospital/plant visits and internal meetings
- Ensure professional communication and cultural etiquette while interacting with foreign nationals
- Liaise with internal teams (medical, admin, facilities, security) to ensure smooth guest experience
- Handle special requests, escalations, and last-minute changes with discretion and confidence
- Support visits related to audits, medical programs, collaborations, and official delegations
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the organization with a polished, professional image
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Prior experience in:
- Hospital guest relations
- Corporate hospitality
- Healthcare administration with international exposure
- Crew members and Ground staffs are also eligible
- Experience handling doctors or international stakeholders is strongly preferred
- Candidates from similar service-oriented roles may be considered
