Guest Relation Executive – Job Responsibilities


Welcome and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner

Act as the first point of contact for guests at banquets, restaurants, or events

Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure

Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and politely

Coordinate with F&B service, kitchen, and operations teams to meet guest expectations

Maintain guest records, preferences, and special requests

Support event coordination and VIP guest handling

Ensure grooming, hygiene, and service standards are maintained at all times

Assist in reservation confirmations and seating arrangements

Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
