The 5* hotel Branco Mykonos seeks for
Guest Relations Manager
Main accountabilities:
Be fully informed about the daily movement of the hotel and F&B department (arrivals, departures, VIP guests, events and rest functions)
Ensure that all services of the Guest Relations are carried out in a smooth and exceptional manner (guest requests, guest queries, etc.)
Maintain effective communication with all related departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc)
Answering internal and external guest queries and responding to all requests accordingly
Coordinating activities between different hotel departments to ensure effective team work and guest satisfaction
Handle guests’ complaints, take proactively immediate corrective action and inform the GM of the hotel and the F&B department
Analyze guests’ feedback and online reviews and take actions to improve ratings
