As HomeToGo’s Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy travelers around the world. Your customer-centric mindset will help you deliver first-class customer service to our travelers and work on projects that aim at improving guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team that drives the voices of our guests forward.

How you’ll add value:

  • The focus of the role is to provide an outstanding experience for our guests across multiple platforms, including phone and email.
  • During your first month, you will: 
  • Get to know our company, our team and our product thoroughly 
  • Learn about the foundation and tools needed to shine and excel in your role
  • Within the first 60 days, you will support the Customer Experience team to improve our day-to-day work, bringing new ideas and suggestions.
