Job Purpose:

The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the BPTP Sales Gallery. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience, assisting walk-in clients, and providing seamless support to the sales team to enhance customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers at the Sales Gallery in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and direct them appropriately to the sales team.
  • Assist customers with initial queries related to projects, offerings, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow and appointment management.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper documentation as per company process.
  • Ensure the Sales Gallery ambience, hygiene, and overall presentation meet brand standards.
  • Handle customer concerns or queries with empathy and escalate when required.
  • Support the sales team during events, site visits, and promotional activities at the gallery.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Background: Cabin Crew with International Aviation experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with strong customer-handling abilities.
  • Presentable personality with a high level of professionalism and grooming standards.
  • Experience in delivering premium/luxury customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
