Job Description
Our Guest Service Agents are a key position and the first point of call for our guests when they arrive. You will be checking guests in and out, handling enquiries from in house guests and helping to maintain our hotel as the busiest in town, chat with our guests to ensure a sense of welcome and belonging. You will be a guru of local knowledge to help every guest get the most out of their stay, all whilst listening out for all opportunities to wow our guests when they least expect it.
