About the Role

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests and stakeholders.
  • Quoting availability and rates to our customers and responding to general enquiries by phone and email.
  • Processing reservations, changes and payments in line with company policy.
  • Checking guests in and out and settling their accounts.
  • Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest.
