About the Role
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing a high standard of customer service and maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, guests and stakeholders.
- Quoting availability and rates to our customers and responding to general enquiries by phone and email.
- Processing reservations, changes and payments in line with company policy.
- Checking guests in and out and settling their accounts.
- Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth operation.
- Providing guests with information about the resort and local areas of interest.
