Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all check-in procedures are followed.
- Process check-outs efficiently and accurately, handling payments and providing receipts.
- Manage reservations and bookings, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and emailing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems.
