  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
  • Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
  • Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes.
  • Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled.
  • Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions.
  • Securely storing and delivering guest luggage.
  • Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift change.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience.
