Job Responsibilities


Job Description: 

  • Responsible to set up operating equipment and ensure to inspect linen, and condiments before the service. 
  • Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the hotel standards.
  • Responsible for food pick up and co-ordinate with the kitchen for special requests.
  • Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu.
  • Preparation and service of food & Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages as per the specified guidelines and brand standards
  • Ensure clearance of all soiled crockery, cutlery & glassware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival.
  • Maintain maximum hygiene personally, inside the restaurant and in all back of house areas by performing appropriate cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum.
  • Ensure to be familiar with the hotel lay out, fire exits and elevator locations.
  • Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to the Food & Beverage Team Leader.
  • Respond to guest queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction. 
  • Ensure to be familiar with the hotel lay out, fire exits and elevator locations.
  • Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to the immediate supervisor
  • Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
