Responsible to set up operating equipment and ensure to inspect linen, and condiments before the service. Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the hotel standards. Responsible for food pick up and co-ordinate with the kitchen for special requests. Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu. Preparation and service of food & Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic beverages as per the specified guidelines and brand standards Ensure clearance of all soiled crockery, cutlery & glassware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival. Maintain maximum hygiene personally, inside the restaurant and in all back of house areas by performing appropriate cleaning tasks. Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum. Ensure to be familiar with the hotel lay out, fire exits and elevator locations. Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to the Food & Beverage Team Leader. Respond to guest queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure to be familiar with the hotel lay out, fire exits and elevator locations.
