We are looking for a Guest Services Agent. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Guest Services Manager.

Working pattern:  5 days on and 2 days off / full time shift work 

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Guest Services Agent you will be responsible for communicating with the guests before and after their arrival.
