We are seeking a dedicated guest services professional to oversee the guest check-in process and provide exceptional support to staff.

  • Verify guest identity and ensure accurate information is recorded
  • Process payments in a timely and efficient manner

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. A high school diploma is also required.


A high level of customer service skills is essential for this role as you will be interacting with guests on a daily basis.
