  • Hum WhatsApp chatbot ke zariye 8 weeks tak participants se judte hain - ye program bilkul free hai.
  • Hindi mein videos dekh kar participants depression kam karne ke tareeke sikhte hain
  • Har week, ek dedicated Guide (yaani ki aap!) participant ko 15 min ke liye support call karte hain
