Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Designing, executing, and automating tests for the BillingCenter application, ensuring the quality of billings. processing workflows from initial reporting to resolution.
• Writing test cases based on requirements, performing functional and regression testing, and validating end-to-end billing lifecycles.
• They must also collaborate with other teams, use defect tracking tools like Jira, and often contribute to automation using frameworks like Selenium or the Guidewire Testing Framework (GUnit).
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
• A Guidewire BillingCenter tester needs a strong understanding of the insurance billings process.
• Software testing principles, and the Guidewire platform itself, include modules like BillingCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Java and the Gosu language.
• Proficiency with testing tools (like Selenium and JIRA).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Guidewire BC Configuration Knowledge.
