Role Summary:

Work as a Business Analyst for Guidewire ClaimCenter, gathering and translating claims business requirements into functional specifications and supporting ClaimCenter implementations and enhancements.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document claims business requirements for ClaimCenter
  • Create functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support ClaimCenter processes: FNOL, claims handling, payments, recoveries, subrogation
  • Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
  • Support UAT, defect triage, and production issues
  • Ensure alignment with Guidewire best practices
