Position Description:

Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to understand and gather requirements.
• Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.
• Perform gap analysis to compare current system states with desired future states.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on claims processing and Guidewire ClaimCenter functionality.
• Support the integration of Guidewire ClaimCenter with other systems for reporting and data management.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise with the system.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
• Blend of insurance and business analysis skills, including knowledge of the end-to-end claims process.
• Agile Methodologies and Guidewire ClaimCenter Platform.
• Having hands on experience on all the Billing Center functionalities.
• The work involves constant interaction with business to clarify the requirements, necessary configuration as per those requirements, coding, gunits, fixing defects reported.
• The work should be delivered in Agile methodology and involves demonstrating the work done to clients every 2 weeks.
• Also in scope will be close coordination and collaboration with other teams that are part of this program.
• Experience in Cloud Migration and implementation would be added advantage.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Guidewire BC Configuration Knowledge.
